Senior Financial AnalystThe Senior Financial Analyst will support a broad range of FP&A, operational analytics, and business intelligence initiatives, with a particular focus on provider compensation, physician productivity, revenue analytics, and healthcare operations reporting. The role offers significant visibility to leadership and the opportunity to influence key business decisions across a rapidly growing healthcare platform.Key ResponsibilitiesProvider Compensation & Incentive ModelingDesign, build, and maintain provider compensation and incentive compensation modelsPerform forecasting and scenario analysis related to provider compensation plansSupport leadership with data-driven recommendations regarding compensation structuresOperations Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain provider productivity reportingAnalyze encounter volume, contribution metrics, and operational performancePerform practice and operational performance analysis by office location, clinic, laboratory, market, and providerDeliver actionable insights to operational and executive leadership teamsTalent Acquisition AnalyticsMaintain revenue-generating headcount tracking modelsSupport workforce planning, forecasting, and reporting initiativesAnalyze recruiting and staffing metrics tied to growth objectivesFinancial Planning & AnalysisSupport budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processesBuild financial models to evaluate operational performance and strategic initiativesAssist with investor and executive reporting as neededStrategic & Ad Hoc ProjectsEvaluate new business opportunities and growth initiativesSupport payer fee schedule analysis and contract negotiation effortsParticipate in special projects impacting financial and operational performanceQualifications Required4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare FP&A, healthcare consulting, public accounting with healthcare clients, and/or investment banking or transaction advisory with significant healthcare exposureMinimum of 2 years of healthcare industry experienceStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skillsSolid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting conceptsIntermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex financial analysisAbility to work independently and effectively partner with operational leadersPreferredPhysician practice or outpatient healthcare experienceRevenue cycle exposureProvider productivity and compensation analytics experienceExperience with Datarails or similar FP&A platformsExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence toolsRecent exposure to AI tools used to improve productivity and analysis
