Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. They ensure adherence to professional standards, evidence-based practices, and organizational policies, supporting patient and family-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using critical thinking and evidence-based practice. Partner with patients and families through effective communication and culturally sensitive care. Coordinate and document safe, quality care, fostering teamwork and inclusive collaboration. Support professional development by mentoring and maintaining competencies. Promote research and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Participate in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Diploma in nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
