Superintendent - Commercial Construction

- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Identify and resolve potential issues to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including logs, schedules, and reports.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to achieve project goals.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in managing construction projects within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple teams and tasks.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
