Voice Teacher - Schaumburg, IL

About the Position

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional voice teacher to teach at Schaumburg Music Academy in Schaumburg, IL. This role requires in-person instruction .

Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency.

Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $25-30/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 30 days on the job. Health insurance options are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble.

This posting is for Schaumburg Music Academy, our Schaumburg, IL location. Founded in 1973, we pride ourselves on providing fun, personalized, and professional music education to students of all skill levels in a positive and welcoming environment. We teach voice, piano, violin, guitar, drums, and a handful of other instruments, and maintain an enrollment of over 200 weekly students.
