What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting.

Collaborate with neonatologists and other skilled team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Support family-centered care through compassionate communication.

Assist with coverage in the newborn nursery as needed.

Foster a safe, family-friendly, and high-quality care environment.

Contribute to clinical excellence and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Need Required:

Valid North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license

Neonatal or Level III NICU experience preferred

Certification in Neonatal/Pediatric critical care is a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

Prior experience in a family-centered, innovative NICU environment

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
