Quick Facts
- Location: Lemoore, CA
- Start Date: 11/02/2026
- End Date: 11/30/2027
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8.5 hours per day, between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
- Hours/week: Approximately 42-43 hours
- Employment Type: Full-Time, must be willing to commit to a minimum 1 year contract
- License/Certs: Active, unrestricted MD or DO license; BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Family Practice within the past 5 years
- All inclusive 1099 Hourly Rate: $180.00
- Benefits include:

- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Provide a full range of primary care services to neonatal through geriatric patients
- Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and preventive care, including physicals, screenings, and wellness visits
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
- Prescribe medications and recommend care plans
- Coordinate referrals and communicate with specialists and other healthcare providers
- Lead or assist in health education, wellness counseling, and health maintenance initiatives
- Respond to urgent medical situations and refer patients when beyond scope of practice
Required:
- MD or DO degree with active, unrestricted license in any state
- Minimum of 3 years family practice experience in the last 5 years
- Board eligibility or certification in family medicine or internal medicine (preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Ability to pass a government background check and obtain security clearance
- Experience working with Navy or military populations
