Madison, WI - West side Full and Part-Time Positions Available

Pay and Schedule

• Full-Time: $17.00 per hour
• Part-Time: $16.00 per hour
• Full-Time shift: 7 AM to 3 PM 
• Part-Time shifts: Morning, Days, Evenings 
• Overnight shifts: None
• Mileage reimbursement when transporting individuals

Community Living Connections (CLC) is hiring Caregivers, called Supported Living Staff (SLS) at CLC , to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community.

As a member of our Supported Living Staff, you will help individuals build independence, participate in their community, and achieve personal goals. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work where your contributions matter, we would love to meet you.

No caregiving experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed from your first day.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Supported Living Staff, you may help individuals:

• Build independence and confidence
• Learn daily living skills
• Prepare meals and complete household tasks
• Attend appointments and run errands
• Participate in recreational and community activities
• Work toward personal goals
• Maintain safe and healthy living environments
• Complete required service documentation
• Communicate with supervisors and other members of the support team

Responsibilities vary based on each individual's needs. Every shift provides an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting difference.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Successfully complete a background check
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide physical assistance when required, with or without reasonable accommodation

Driving Requirements

Driving and transporting individuals are essential responsibilities of this position. Applicants must:

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
• Maintain a safe driving history
• Have no more than nine points on their driving record during the previous three years
• Meet CLC's driving eligibility standards, subject to review and approval by the Human Resources Department

Applicants who do not meet these driving requirements may not be eligible for positions that require transporting individuals.
