Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of life safety products (and competitive brands). Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices. Complete and archive inspection documentation via laptop. Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision. Follow a structured inspection schedule and complete assignments on time. Read & interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manuals. Provide excellent customer service and clear communication. Always follow safety guidelines and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 5‑10 years documented experience in sprinkler systems. RME‑I License (Texas Department of Insurance requirement). Experience with wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, and foam systems. Ability to read & interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Skilled with hand tools and multi‑meters. Physical ability to lift and move 50–70 lbs and work in challenging spaces (ladders, scaffolding, crawl spaces, ceilings). Flexibility to work on‑call, nights, weekends, and travel as needed. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Ability to pass background & drug test. Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and quick learner. Preferred Qualifications Repair experience. Backflow Certification. NICET Level II Certification. Additional Information Sign‑on bonus or relocation support available for qualified candidates.
