About the role

Deliver friendly table service and help present fresh, beautifully plated meals for residents.

You’ll support a calm, respectful dining room where relationships matter and hospitality shines.

What you’ll do

· Provide table service for resident dining, ensuring temperature-appropriate meals

· Assist with basic kitchen support, bussing, and sanitation

· Operate dining equipment safely and follow food safety guidelines

· Maintain dining areas and first-impression standards

· Engage residents kindly and communicate needs to the culinary team

Skills & attributes

· Customer service mindset; calm under pressure

· Comfort around basic kitchen equipment and service steps

· Safety awareness and clean work habits

· Team player who takes direction and contributes positively

· Compassionate communication with seniors

Relatable experience

· Dining room service, restaurant, hotel, or healthcare hospitality

· Customer-facing roles serving vulnerable populations

· Tasks requiring checklists, sanitation, and teamwork

Qualifications

· At least 18 years of age

· Experience in the kitchen or dining room preferred

· Current negative TB test

· Able to pass a criminal background check

· Good time management; able to work independently
