- Creating an awesome guest experience using our Code S.E.R.V.E. standards
- Supporting servers and kitchen staff during busy shifts
- Prepping food and helping dishes get out fast and accurately
- Keeping lanes, equipment, and dining areas clean and guest-ready
- Turning tables, rolling silverware, and resetting spaces like a pro
- Making sure our guests feel extra welcome
- Communicating between Front of House and Back of House
- Staying organized, stocked, and ready for whatever the shift brings
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork vibes
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Willingness to learn and jump in where needed
- Previous experience is cool, but not required
- High energy, high volume, and always something happening
- Music, lights, bowling lanes, and occasional lasers and strobes
- You'll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and staying active
- Flexible scheduling (including nights and weekends)
- A fun team culture where you're not just a number
