From installation and service to troubleshooting and customer education, these team members are the face of our company in homes and businesses across the country. What you will do Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections, including monitoring center communication Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols What you need to be successful High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (additional licensing may be required by location) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle Strong troubleshooting skills and customer‑first communication style Self‑directed with solid time management in a fast‑paced environment What will set you apart Prior field technical training is preferred. How ADT invests in you Compensation: The pay range for this role is $24.20–$44.94 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
