Medical Pharmacy Manager — Strategy & Leadership
Medica Services Company LLC
Medica is seeking a Pharmacy Manager, Medical Pharmacy to lead clinical, financial, and operational strategy across IFB, Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare segments. You will drive medical pharmacy policies, utilization management, and cross-functional governance while mentoring staff and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role is onsite with a 3-day-a-week presence at the Minnetonka, MN office.
