Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dependable Director of Maintenance to oversee all aspects of facility operations, safety systems, and preventive maintenance. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for residents, employees, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations of the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs Ensure compliance with all state, federal, OSHA, and life safety regulations Manage building inspections, repairs, and emergency response procedures Supervise and schedule maintenance staff and contractors Maintain safety equipment such as fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and generators Collaborate with leadership on capital improvement projects and budgeting Ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance requests Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, inspections, and certifications Qualifications Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in healthcare, long-term care, or senior living Prior supervisory or management experience required Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems Familiarity with Life Safety Code and healthcare regulatory standards Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to respond to on-call or emergency situations as needed High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
