RN Role Snapshot:
As an ED RN, you'll deliver top-notch direct patient and family care within your full scope of practice. This includes observing, collecting data, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients' physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs via individualized plans. Collaborate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary team to make a real impact!

Charge Nurse Duties (Bonus Opportunity):
Step up as Charge Nurse to orchestrate patient flow – receive EMS pre-arrival reports, coordinate with triage for walk-ins, partner with House Supervisor on admissions, and lead the ward clerk, providers, ED techs, RNs, and crisis evaluators. Excel with strong communication, conflict resolution, time management, and organization skills!

Requirements

• Active NY RN license ️

• BLS/ACLS certified

• 2+ years ED experience (Charge Nurse exp a plus!)
