Services are delivered across multiple outpatient clinics throughout Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, and the UCF area.Our client is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a mission-driven environment focused on improving access to healthcare for diverse and underserved populations.$115,000 – $135,000 depending on experienceFull Benefits Package (Medical, Vision, Dental)401(k) with 3% match (immediate eligibility)2 weeks of PTO during the first yearOffice closed during the last 2 weeks of the year6 Paid Holidays1 CME conference per yearNo on-call responsibilitiesRelocation assistance up to $10,000Onsite position onlyCurrent, active, and unencumbered Florida Physician Assistant licensePhysician Assistant experience in Primary Care and/or HIV care preferredBilingual (Spanish/English) requiredNew graduates consideredAbility to work onsite in an outpatient clinic settingExperience utilizing an EMR system preferred (Tebra/CareCloud)Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMFriday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PMRotating Saturday approximately once every 3 monthsProvide high-quality, comprehensive outpatient care to new and established patients.Deliver Primary Care and HIV-focused services within a non-profit, LGBTQ+ inclusive healthcare environment.Serve as a primary care provider in designated clinic settings with organizational support.Perform patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications within scope of practice.Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management.Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists and community resources.Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational programs.Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and healthcare standards.Promote and uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization.Additional responsibilities may be required.
