Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving their goals for daily living skills, such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals. Plan and participate in community‑based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings for individuals. Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Valid non‑provisional driver's license. Must be 18 years of age or older (required). Must attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays. Eager, empathetic, and teamwork oriented in caring for individuals. Devereux is a drug‑free workplace, mandatory drug screening required.
