Legal Intake Specialist

Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to join a busy law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a fully onsite work model.


Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
• Conduct client intake interviews and gather case information.
• Screen and route inquiries to appropriate attorneys.
• Schedule consultations and manage follow-up communications.
• Enter and maintain accurate client records in case management systems.
• Collect and organize intake documents and supporting materials.
• Perform conflict checks and assist with new client onboarding.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent client service.
• Track intake status and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to facilitate case intake and engagement.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
