Healthcare Recruiter
$30 per hourWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified medical professionals to join our network. Because the healthcare industry moves quickly and requires highly specialized skills, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patient care never misses a beat. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong pipelines for both clinical roles (e.g., Nurses, Physicians, Therapists) and non-clinical support staff. - Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from initial sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively scout candidates using healthcare job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate technical credentials, licensing, clinical experience, and cultural fit.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with clinical directors and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Compliance Verification: Ensure all candidates meet strict medical compliance standards, including active state licenses, certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.), background checks, and health screenings.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Maintain an active registry of passive candidates to quickly fill high-turnover or hard-to-fill clinical positions.
