What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents
• Coordinate food production to meet meal service schedules
• Follow standardized recipes and accommodate special dietary needs
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, equipment, and work areas
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in cooking or culinary roles
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
