Job Description
Occupational Therapist (OT) permanent placement opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, working a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with approximately 35 hours per week. This role is based in a well-established senior living community with a modern, fully equipped rehabilitation gym and an experienced therapy team. The OT will focus on improving residents' independence and quality of life through individualized treatment plans. This is a weekday-only position with no weekend rotation, ideal for clinicians seeking long-term stability in a supportive rehab environment. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience Active State OT License required BLS certification required Experience in SNF or rehab setting preferred Strong knowledge of ADL training and therapeutic interventions Ability to manage a consistent caseload independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills New graduates not accepted Client Details Address

Job Description
