We are a well-established dental practice in Lancaster with over 40 years of serving our community. Our long-time Office Manager is retiring, and we are looking for a reliable, positive person to step into the role. What the Role Involves:

• Overseeing daily office operations and front desk activities
• Managing scheduling, insurance, billing, and patient flow
• Leading and supporting the team with a positive, solution-focused approach
• Helping maintain the smooth, friendly environment our patients expect

What We Offer:

• Hourly pay: $28 – $35 per hour (depending on experience)
• Flexible schedule — part time or full time depending on expereince and the right fit.
