Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department. The candidate must hold a Hawaii license and will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care over a 15-week assignment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient flow.
  
  
• 
  Document patient history, assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to emergency situations and facilitate trauma and cardiac care.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and safety procedures.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid Hawaii RN license prior to start date.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 2 years of ER nursing experience in a high-volume setting.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical skills in trauma, cardiac, and behavioral health care.
  
  
• 
  Able to work night shifts, including three 12-hour nights per week.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
  
• 
  Meet all specific hospital or facility credentialing requirements.
