Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, and support staff.
• Provide emergency triage and treatment for patients.
• Manage the ongoing care of hospitalized specialty patients.
• Maintain clear, accurate medical records and communicate with clients and the team effectively.
• Participate in morning rounds with specialists to collaborate on patient care.
• Support the hospital's Fear-Free philosophy and maintain a positive workplace culture.
