Along with a robust benefits package, Regency Redmond offers some of the most competitive wages in Deschutes County.You will:Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframeEstablish and maintain policies and procedures to address safe practices for food handling, inventory and storage of food and supplies to ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards are met.The Dietary Manager will train, manage and supervise food service staff, practice time management techniques, and ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction.Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions made on proper formClean and maintains a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areasComply with state sanitation codesMaintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriatelyEnsure that resident food preferences are known and followedYou currently:Have the ability to obtain Food Handler's card.
