Registered Nurse (Cart-ALL SHIFTS)
Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse at Absolut Care of Gasport, you will join a close-knit community of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team
• Participate in recognizing and addressing residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, and provide interventions to promote overall wellness
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with the latest industry developments and best practices
