Dental Billing SpecialistLocation- Frisco, TXAbout the JobWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Billing Specialist to join our team in Frisco, TX. This is a W-2 contract position with Evenflow Solutions, offering a duration of 3-6 months and full benefits. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with potential overtime. After 45 days of in-office training, the position may transition to a hybrid remote work arrangement (three days per week).Responsibilities:Manage billing and collections for an assigned region.Resolve billing-related issues such as invalids, rejections, and denials.Follow established medical AR procedures, including reviewing aging reports, denials, and insurance correspondence.Handle payment posting and account reconciliation.Review and process adjustments and refunds on patient accounts.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Experience in dental billing, preferably with Ortho2 Edge and Orthotrac.Full-cycle billing experience.2-3 years of experience in medical billing, coding, and claims-related services.Previous experience in physician office and/or hospital billing and follow-up (3 years minimum).Familiarity with medical terminology, EOBs, ICD-9 coding, CPT codes, UB04, and 1500 claim forms.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.Strong attention to detail.Punctuality and dedication, with a reliable commitment to daily commuting to the office.Clear understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
