Performs the nursing process in a safe and secure manner in a designated setting under the supervision of the site’s Director(s). Assumes the responsibilities of leadership in varied clinical settings to ensure efficient and appropriate administration of care. Supports and maintains University Health System clinic departmental policies and standardsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing is required. Four years or more experience in health care delivery as an LVN is requiredLICENSURE
