Insurance Advisor — Sales

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

The Kelcie Wilson-Yeider Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Advisor to join our established sales and service team. In this sales-focused role, you’ll connect with customers, understand their insurance needs, and help them explore coverage options while working toward individual and agency sales goals.

No insurance experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, comfortable talking with people, and ready to put in the work to succeed.

You’ll work closely with Kelcie, a multiple-time Farmers Toppers Club achiever with strong involvement in the local community. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, you’ll learn how to sell insurance, build customer relationships, and understand the day-to-day operations of a successful agency.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Work agency-provided leads and generate new business through outbound sales
• Quote and sell insurance products
• Cross-sell existing customers and identify additional coverage opportunities
• Build relationships, ask for referrals, and network in the community
• Manage your pipeline, follow up with prospects, and work toward sales goals

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable talking to people and asking for the sale
• Competitive and motivated by goals
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Someone who wants more responsibility as they grow
• Interest in leadership and/or entrepreneurship
• Willingness to obtain MI Property Casualty licenses
• Willingness to obtain MI Life Health licenses
