Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Health

Golden Valley, AZ & Surrounding Areas | Per Diem

Billet Health is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide Home Health services in Golden Valley and surrounding areas.

This is a per diem Home Health CNA position supporting patients in their homes under the supervision of RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing.

Position Overview

CNAs will provide skilled Home Health support services in accordance with the patients plan of care. Visits are scheduled based on patient needs and coordinated through our staffing team.

Typical visit length: 4560 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA-level Home Health support in the home setting
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as directed in care plan
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Support patient safety and mobility
• Follow RN-directed plan of care
• Document and communicate findings as required

Qualifications

• Active Arizona CNA license
• Valid drivers license
• Valid auto insurance
• CPR or BLS certification
• Current TB test (within 1 year skin test or 5-year chest X-ray)
