In this role, you'll work with product marketing, sales, innovation, and communications teams to support marketing initiatives, market research, sales enablement, and commercialization activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop marketing expertise while contributing to strategic projects that drive business growth and customer engagement.Job Responsibilities:Support development of sales enablement materials, including presentations, sell sheets, product sheets, and customer-facing contentAssist with creation of value propositions, marketing messages, and product-related communicationsConduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and growth opportunitiesMonitor food, beverage, ingredient, and consumer trends and share insights with key stakeholdersSupport product launches and go-to-market initiatives across the portfolioAssist with marketing campaign execution, tracking, and reportingMeasure and share marketing performance metrics and campaign resultsCollaborate with Sales, Product Development, R&D, Communications, and Marketing teams to execute strategic initiativesSupport planning and coordination of trade shows, customer events, webinars, and industry conferencesMaintain project timelines, marketing assets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of marketing programsBring fresh ideas and creative thinking to support customer engagement and marketing effectivenessRequired Skills:Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trendsStrong attention to detail and project coordination skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environmentEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldRequired Experience:0–3 years of marketing, communications, business, internship, co-op, or related experienceDesired Experience:Experience in food, beverage, ingredients, agriculture, or nutrition industriesExperience supporting product launches, content development, or digital marketing initiativesExperience conducting market research and competitive analysisExperience supporting trade shows, industry events, or customer engagement activitiesAdditional InformationOccasional travel may be requiredExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed? REF:111436BRBase pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
