Healthcare Knowledge :
Understanding basic health care practices, including medication management and vital signs monitoring.
Mobility Assistance:
Skills in helping clients move safely, including the use of mobility aids.
Soft Skills Communication :
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Empathy and Compassion :
Understanding and addressing the emotional needs of clients.Patience:
Essential for dealing with clients who may have cognitive impairments or require extra time for tasks.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
