Equipment includes bulldozers, scrapers, front-end loaders, etc., and work requires a high level of skill and determination. Repair equipment including, but not limited to: bulldozers, scrapers, backhoes, front-end loaders, yard trucks, farm tractors, forklifts, and company cars Diagnose and repair differentials, hydraulic systems, motors, transmissions, drives, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems Perform preventative maintenance as set out by the site checklist Complete paperwork and administrative tasks such as work orders, card files, PM checklists, and oil samples Service and maintain other equipment such as light plants, water pumps, welders, and other equipment Qualifications 2 years of maintenance mechanic experience on heavy equipment A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be over 18 years of age Legally eligible to work in the United States Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical Team and work style Thrive while working independently Take accountability for the quality and standard of work Good communicators who are ready to support colleagues Curious and determined fixers Work environment and physical demands Exert physical effort including frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing Exposure to physical occupational risks (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.) often Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements often Work may occur in inside garages, shops or gas plants as well as outside with inclement weather, heat and humidity If this sounds like what you’ve been looking for, click ‘Apply now’ to start your tomorrow, today. #J-18808-Ljbffr WM
