Registered Nurse (RN) – IV Therapy Grafton, WI, United States Where You Will Work IV Therapy provides daily infusions, antibiotics, and specialty medications. The department has 5 IV Therapy bays and serves patients of all ages. Holiday and weekend coverage is required from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Standard scheduling consists of 8‑hour shifts Monday through Friday and 4‑hour shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The role includes providing direct patient care, scheduling, and triaging patient needs. Required skills: independence, strong critical thinking, time management, clinical skills including proficient peripheral IV skills and IV Ultrasound skills. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Experienced (2‑3+ years) Pediatric Registered Nurse for the IV Therapy team; strong pediatric PIV skills required and ultrasound IV trained desired. Experience with pediatric patients ages 3‑17. What You’ll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. About This Location Aurora Medical Center – Grafton is a 132‑bed facility offering private patient rooms, family areas, and specialized services. Supported by a team of more than 450 nurses, the facility provides amenities such as meditation gardens and a cafeteria and is preparing for a significant expansion with a new patient tower scheduled to open in 2027.
