Apply today and experience the difference for yourself.Qualifications:Must hold a current license and be in good standing as a Licensed or Registered Nurse in the State of MinnesotaMust be CPR certified and have completed first aid trainingMust have previous experience in nursing or other healthcare/medical fieldsAble to problem-solve, think critically, and take immediate corrective action if patient well-being or care is in jeopardyExperience with memory loss preferred, but not requiredCompassionate and caring demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious management or leadership experience preferred, but not requiredAs an RN or LPN at Country Manor, you'll:Develop care plans and participate in the review of care plans as requestedProvide nursing services in accordance with an established care planMake routine resident visits to assess and document physical and emotional status; implement any required nursing interventionsAssist residents to achieve and maintain the highest level of self-care and independenceAdminister and maintain records of prescribed medications and treatmentsCommunicate pertinent information to supervising RN, physicians, family, and/or other appropriate personnelAccurately complete admission, weekly, follow-up, and discharge chartingProvide support, assistance, direction, and supervision to other nursing and support staff as neededMaintain positive and effective communication and relationships with the patients and their familiesOther duties as assignedAbout Country ManorAt Country Manor, we build careers, shape futures, create communities where people thrive, and enrich lives for generations to come.
