- Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants’ skills, and identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruiting processes to meet project demands.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline by leveraging job boards, recruitment fairs, and industry networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and application screening to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.

Qualifications:

- Proven recruiting experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional ability to understand and evaluate construction trades and terminologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
