Job Title: Distribution Center Associate Job Summary: The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the accurate and efficient processing, storage, and shipment of merchandise within the distribution center. This role supports the overall supply chain by maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity standards, and ensuring timely delivery of products to retail locations or customers. Key Responsibilities: Receiving & Unloading: Inventory Management: Order Fulfillment: Material Handling: Quality & Compliance: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic computer and scanning system skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Competencies: Team-oriented with good communication skills. Time management and organizational abilities.
