Senior Product Designer at Proxify - Remote CET Timezone

Senior Product Designer – Proxify (Remote, CET Timezone) Proxify connects independent developers with remote full‑time roles across the globe. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to work for a Proxify client. The role is fully remote but requires alignment with CET time zone (+/- 3 hours). It offers flexible work‑day structure, including 24 flex days per year and predictable 8‑hour working days. Responsibilities Lead the UX design process, including user research, persona development, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements. Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design solutions that address user needs and business objectives. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that effectively communicate concepts and interactions. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback. Advocate for the user, ensuring designs are accessible, inclusive, and intuitive. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Design. Portfolio showcasing UX work (wireframes, prototypes, digital assets, websites, applications, high‑fidelity designs). Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools. Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Proto.io. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions. Deep knowledge of user‑centred design principles and methodologies. Understanding of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX.
