Program ManagerZachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support a company focused on advanced national security, space, and defense acquisition programs. This position is on-site in El Segundo, CA. The Program Manager will oversee a large-scale government portfolio, managing program execution, customer engagement, financial performance, and strategic delivery objectives. Join a mission-critical effort supporting the U.S. Space Force and senior military leadership in advancing next-generation warfighting capabilities. Responsibilities for the Program Manager include:Manage a large government program portfolio, ensuring successful execution of contract deliverables, milestones, and performance objectivesServe as the primary customer-facing lead, regularly engaging with government stakeholders to identify mission needs and align resources and solutionsMaintain responsibility for program financials, including profit and loss (P&L) management, budget forecasting, funding execution, and cost trackingCoordinate with senior military leaders, including General Officers and Flag Officers, to provide program updates on funding, schedules, risks, and mission outcomesSupport acquisition and talent acquisition efforts by aligning personnel, technologies, and solutions to meet customer requirementsRequired Qualifications for the Program Manager include:10+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, government contracting, acquisitions, budgeting, or related defense programsExperience managing large-scale programs valued at $100M+; experience supporting billion-dollar portfolios preferredStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management processes, including P&L ownership and budget analysisBachelor's degree requiredActive TS/SCI clearance requiredCompensation for the Program Manager include:Salary Range: $200,000 - $220,000 depending on experienceFull Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as required by law
