The Non-Supervisory Assistant Nurse Manager for the Outpatient Surgical Clinics supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing operations of a nursing unit/patient care area. Fosters team development, ensures compliance with standards of clinical practice, and serves as a key liaison between staff and leadership.
