Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment at Seton Manor Nursing & Rehab Center in Orwigsburg, PA. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, document accurately, and support the care team to ensure safe and high-quality outcomes.


Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care within LPN scope under RN/physician guidance
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
• Monitor and document patient condition, report changes promptly
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other routine clinical tasks as assigned
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the facility system
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team


Requirements
• Active LPN license (PA or compact/eligible per facility) in good standing
• 1+ year recent LPN experience (SNF/LTC/Rehab preferred)
• Current BLS/CPR (AHA preferred)
• Strong communication, reliability, and documentation skills


Compliance (As Required by Facility)
• Background check and drug screening
• Immunizations and health screenings per facility policy
• Ability to complete onboarding/credentialing before start date
