Role: Full-time Acute Hospital Physical Therapist Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations of medically complex patients Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving functional mobility and early ambulation Support safe discharge planning and patient education Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care Document care and progress accurately in the EMR Contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a patient-centered environment Qualifications & Skills Relevant physical therapy licensure and experience in acute hospital settings Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety #J-18808-Ljbffr
