We're seeking experienced Infusion Nurses (RNs) to join our talent network and support patients in infusion suites, home settings, and other care environments as business needs arise. Why This Role Matters As an Infusion Nurse, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, patient-centered infusion therapy while helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care journey. What You'll Do Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC, Port, and Midline) care Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform nursing assessments Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication administration, and IV care Perform venous phlebotomy as needed Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, caregivers, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain compliance with all safety, ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards What We're Looking For Active RN license in the state of practice Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program IV certification and experience with central line management Minimum of 2 years of RN experience (home infusion, critical care, emergency department, oncology, or related experience preferred) Current CPR certification and valid driver's license Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team Willingness to travel locally to support patient care needs Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) PICC, Port, and Midline certification Home infusion or specialty infusion experience Why LUX Infusion Purpose-driven, patient-first care Flexible opportunities that fit your schedule Meaningful work that makes a real difference in patients' lives Opportunities to support a growing organization committed to elevating infusion care Join us and help bring more light, warmth, and connection to infusion care.
