You will put your leadership skills and years of experience to use by training and communicating with employees, balancing administrative tasks and strategic initiatives, and developing collaborative working relationships with business partners and field leaders.Work Location & Schedule:This position is based out of RXO headquarters located at 11215 N Community House Road, Charlotte, NC 28277 and follows a four-dayonsite work schedule Monday through Thursday, work from home on Fridays! This role will require monthly travel to business sites-up to 25-30% of the timeWhat your day-to-day will look like:Work closely with sites and the HR team to ensure an open-door climate exists, resulting in excellent customer serviceManage employee relations matters and conduct workplace investigations, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, fact-finding, documentation, and recommendations for appropriate corrective actionResponsible for the tactical execution of HR policies and strategic initiatives within the supported line of businessAssists managers and employees with day-to-day HR activities and compliance. Inform senior management and operations of internal and external HR developments that impact overall effectivenessDevelop and implement programs or information regarding engagement, HR policies, procedures or informationCompile reports and providethemto upper managementEnsure HR officeis in compliance withall corporate policies and directivesWhat you’ll need to excel:At a minimum,you’llneed:Bachelor’s degree or equivalentrelatedworkor militaryexperience5 years of HR experience in a sales, transportation, or equivalent environment at a senior levelExperience in employee relations, policy and procedure administration, recruiting and staffing, HRIS and time-keeping systemsExperience withMicrosoft O365Monthly travel to business sites-up to25-30% of the timeIt’d be great if you also have:Ability to provide management with proactive ideas on creating and maintaining a positive employee relations climateStrong organizational skillswiththe ability to manage multiple prioritiesBilingualEnglish/SpanishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentDoes this sound like you?
