Summary The Director of Sales will play a key role in expanding Stonefire’s brand presence across targeted channels and markets. Reporting to the SVP of Retail Brands , this position is responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and creating opportunities for market penetration. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with a strong background in sales, business development, and account management, who can identify new business opportunities and foster existing partnerships to support Stonefire’s growth objectives. Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring Stonefire’s brand is effectively represented. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Stonefire’s market reach, driving revenue growth in existing and new channels. Market Insights s Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to adjust sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities. Promotional Planning s Execution: Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to design and execute promotional programs that maximize brand visibility and sales. Sales Forecasting s Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, tracking KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate progress against goals and recommend adjustments as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment across teams, promoting cohesive efforts in launching new products and campaigns. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that meet both Stonefire’s objectives and client needs. Required Experience Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the food industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent business experience. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing key accounts, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
