BI / Decision Intelligence Engineer

Design analytical experiences that help teams move from data to evidence-backed decisions. Impact Create dashboards and workflows that surface what matters. Connect metrics, alerts, analysis, and operational action. Make complex data understandable for decision makers. What you'll do Build dashboards, analytical apps, reporting workflows, and decision-support tools. Define metrics, thresholds, alerts, and evidence views with users. Partner with engineers to embed analytics into products. Improve data storytelling and operational adoption. What we're looking for 4+ years of BI, analytics, data product, or decision support experience. Ability to translate operational questions into analytical workflows. U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance. Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems. Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams. Preferred experience AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, GovCloud, serverless, data, or AI services. AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus. Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
