Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Medical Assistant - Patient Care Coordinator to support administrative functions within our healthcare practice. This role serves as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive care experience from check‑in through follow‑up. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, highly organized, and comfortable balancing hands‑on clinical duties with care coordination responsibilities.
