The role is crucial for continued growth and serves as the right‑hand to the Corporate Controller. Responsibilities Own the financial reporting process for the corporate entity, handling the full set of financials while mentoring a group of junior, senior, and accounting managers. Assist in the annual budget review. Ensure compliance with debt covenants. Assist in process improvement and driving efficiency initiatives. Own consolidation for the corporate entity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field. CPA required. 5+ years within Big 4 or a combination of Big 4 + industry. Real Estate or Private Equity experience preferred.
