Job Title: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

Location: Thomasville, GA

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1667.56 - 1750.94

Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: BLS; Telemetry; IV Start; Oncology Experience - highly preferred; Minimum One year recent MedSurg experience; Previous travel experience preferred; EMR is Cerner & Soarian; Royal Blue scrubs required (not provided)

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care on the Oncology Floor in a MedSurg setting with patient ratios of 1:6 or 1:7.
• Monitor telemetry and perform IV starts as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow block scheduling, including 3x12 preferred shifts and consideration of 4x12s.
• Document patient care accurately in Cerner & Soarian EMR systems.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
