ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of three who focus on delivering excellent service while maintaining a strong work-life balance. I began my career with State Farm in 2009 working in corporate before transitioning into agency ownership, bringing that experience and perspective into how I run the office today.

I studied at SUNY Buffalo where I also played basketball. Outside of the office, I enjoy fly fishing and spending time supporting my kids at their sporting events. Family plays a big role in my life, and that carries over into the culture of our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kit Swenby - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
