Position Pediatric Endocrinologist – AdventHealth for Children, Orlando, Florida. Overview The Walt Disney Pavilion at AdventHealth for Children is looking for a Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our oncology‑wellness program. This role involves high‑volume outpatient clinics serving patients ages 0–18, outreach clinics in four locations, and inpatient coverage on a rotating schedule with other group members. The physician may develop a subspecialty niche as interests evolve. Our dedicated hormone testing area offers a full spectrum of dynamic hormonal testing and infusions, while collaborating with a large diabetes program staffed by five nurse CDEs and a dietitian CDE. The department also includes two social workers and a growth hormone coordinator. Working within an established pediatric endocrinology group of four physicians and four ARNPs, the physician will contribute to a family‑centered practice atmosphere, benefit from a strong referral base, and access a competitive benefits and compensation package. Responsibilities Conduct high‑volume outpatient clinics for patients aged 0–18. Provide outreach clinic care in four current locations. Participate in inpatient coverage on a rotation schedule. Develop or expand subspecialty services aligned with physician interests. Manage hormone testing and dynamic hormonal infusions. Coordinate care with diabetes specialists, dietitians, social workers, and growth hormone coordinator. Requirements Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics. Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Endocrinology (or board‑eligible). Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain one). Strong communication skills.
